1. Service Description:
  • We offer professional mobile massage therapy services, including Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, custom therapy, corporate therapy, chair therapy, myofascial massage, athletic massage. Our therapists are trained professionals who will provide high-quality services at your preferred location.
3. Payment Terms:
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash and e-transfers.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policies:
  • Appointments must be booked in advance through email or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged the full price of the appointment.

  • Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service or modify the treatment based on health considerations.
7. Liability Waiver:
  • By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with massage therapy and release Mel Therapie and its therapists from any liability for injury or adverse reactions.
8. Intellectual Property:
  • All content, images, and trademarks on our website are the property of Mel Therapie and may not be used without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution:
  • Any disputes or conflicts will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Quebec laws.
10. Termination of Services:
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or terminate the client-therapist relationship for any reason.
11. Updates and Amendments:
